I never truly understood or quite appreciated the pioneers that came before me, and especially the Pioneers of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Pioneer Day is no longer just a day off school and work, but a day that I honor the sacrifice and the hardships that they faced. #pioneerday #oldnauvoo
God bless, America 🇺🇸
Today I am feeling super nostalgic for Nauvoo. I long so much to share the stage in such a sacred setting with my second family again. I think back on this tour almost daily and how it blessed my life in so many ways. I will never take for granted the experiences I have had with Living Legends to share my beliefs, my culture, and my love of dance. #byulivinglegends (at Historic Nauvoo)
Dear Shanoah, You are hereby called to serve as a performing missionary representing Brigham Young University an the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. You are assigned to labor in the Nauvoo mission // I am beyond blessed and totally overcome with the spirit as I prepare to head to Nauvoo with Living Legends. I have never felt called to serve as a full-time sister missionary, but I have felt called to take the talents God has given me to help share the gospel. I have felt an overwhelming presence of The Lord as we come into these final moments before we leave. I cannot wait to see what The Lord has in store for us these next two weeks in Nauvoo. #byulivinglegends

I owe so much of who I am, what I have, and where I’m at in this life to my wonderful mother. She’s the best friend I could have asked for. She has a testimony that lights up my life and leads me on the straight and narrow. I’m so lucky to follow in her footsteps and to have her as such a big part in my life. I love you Mama! #igotitfrommymama
oday, my heart is in Central America, where I left a piece of it a year ago || I can’t believe that one year ago today, we were boarding the plane for Guatemala. I had no idea what was in store for me. I look back on those three weeks spent performing, traveling, and reaching out to others with such a fond heart. Those three weeks changed me more than I can express. I miss the people of Central America every day. A once in a lifetime experience that I will never take for granted.
Such a great weekend having my best friends in Albuquerque with me. Can they stay here with me forever?
Started the summer off right with these bafoolians. Bonfires, native dancing, and Polaroids always make for a classic night.
Officially wrapped up my sophomore year. It’s been a tough year, but I’ve learned so much. Ready for summer and all the memories that await.
